The Coachman’s House

In front of the Casa del Cocchiere is an exclusive parking lot, dedicated to guests. Inside, the elevator provides convenient access to the second floor where the apartment is located; there are no steps and the route is very comfortable. You can sit under the porch and enjoy the silence and nature in which you are immersed.

The strategic location 10 minutes from the Fair, from the center of Bologna by parking in Piazza VIII Agosto, from FICO E. W., from Exit 10 of the ring road and from the A14 San Lazzaro exit, makes the 17th-century mansion, surrounded by greenery, unique.

The ancient and the modern meet here to provide a stay that makes one feel comfortable. The door opens to a bright living room, and upon entering you can access the rooms each equipped with its own exclusive bathroom. The eat-in kitchen remains at the back and has a cozy homey feel, equipped with all the comforts for breakfast and lunch or dinner.
In a somewhat secluded location, reached by a staircase remains the space in which to seclude oneself to work.
